Halloween was a blast, despite being on a Monday. The rain held off, the house was spooky, the kids had a great time trick-or-treating until their legs were too tired to go on. We had lots of trick-or-treaters stop by our house (it's big in our neighborhood because the houses are close together) and the whole evening was high energy fun.
This year was the first year that BOTH boys completely carved their own pumpkins. Mike and I only had to cut out our own... it felt like a big milestone. And both boys did such a good job - I bet you can't guess which one was done by a 6 year old.
