The Attic: Before

I’ve been asked more than once now about what the attic looked like before. How bad was it really? How bad could it possibly be? Well, we actually did take a few pictures in the very early stages, post investigation after tearing up a few spots. So it’s a touch messier than when we first started (more loose insulation, found cardboard, newspapers, etc.), but not that much. There was a lot of cardboard covering the insulation mess already and everything was very dirty. The important thing is that you can see how gross and terrible it was.

So the new pink stuff is a lot better. Leaps and bounds better. Even if we’re covering it up with boards, I feel better about what's underneath.
