Apple Picking

Last weekend we went apple picking with Oliver on a perfect Autumn day. The sky was blue, the air was crisp, the leaves were changing and the apples delicious. It's one of our favorite family activities in the Fall.

We went to a small local farm that's close to our house that doesn't get too crazy. They have pumpkins, farm animals, apples and delicious foods like apple cider donuts. We always have a good time every year and this year Oliver was old enough to articulate how much he loves apple picking (so cute!).

The farm's zinnia's look a lot better than mine. I know I have yet to share pictures of the disaster its become, but it's pretty bad.

I also always love the assortment of gourds they have - someday we are totally going to carve a marbled peach and white pumpkin instead of a classic orange one.

Oliver loves the bright orange pumpkins so that's what we picked out for Halloween.

Fall is definitely one of my favorite seasons!
